English & Maths Workshop – Years 3 & 4

Give your child the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen essential academic skills and develop a genuine enjoyment of learning in a stimulating and highly engaging holiday environment.

Designed specifically for students in Years 3–4, this course integrates English and Mathematics to help students consolidate important classroom skills, strengthen their academic foundations and develop greater confidence as capable, independent learners.

In English, students will develop their reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, creative writing and persuasive writing skills through carefully selected texts, purposeful discussions and engaging writing challenges. In Mathematics, students will strengthen their understanding of number operations, multiplication and division, fractions, measurement, patterns and problem solving through puzzles, games and interactive challenges that encourage mathematical reasoning and critical thinking.

Rather than simply recreating the everyday classroom, the course provides a fresh, collaborative and intellectually engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to explore new ideas, ask questions, think independently and challenge themselves.

This course provides a valuable opportunity for students to strengthen their foundations in English and Mathematics, build academic confidence and develop a positive attitude towards learning, while enjoying the experience, engaging with new ideas and connecting with other students along the way.
