HSC Maths (Standard 2) Mock Exam – Year 12

Two workshops will be run over two days. It is highly recommended that students attend both sessions:

• Day 2: Solutions to HSC Maths (Standard 2) Mock Exam – Year 12

Day 1 Workshop: HSC Maths (Standard 2) Mock Exam – Year 12

Designed to support students in preparing for the HSC Mathematics Standard 2 Examination, this workshop gives students the opportunity to complete a full-length mock examination under formal, timed conditions.

The mock paper will closely reflect the structure, question styles, level of difficulty and time constraints of the HSC examination, providing rigorous practice in applying mathematical knowledge and skills under examination conditions. Students will also have the opportunity to assess their time management, accuracy and ability to approach a range of questions effectively within the allocated time.

Following the examination, each paper will be marked, and individual results will form the basis of the feedback and analysis provided during the Day 2 workshop.

Day 2 Workshop: Solutions to HSC Maths (Standard 2) Mock Exam – Year 12

Students who attended Day 1 Workshop will receive an individual breakdown of their results to understand their strengths and weaknesses. They will also receive additional resources (digitally) to assist them in their final weeks of preparation. In addition to reviewing the paper solutions, students will also receive exam tips to avoid common mistakes.
