HSC Biology Trial Exam Workshop – Year 12

This workshop is designed to help Year 12 Biology students move beyond simple content recall and develop the analytical skills required for success in the HSC Trial examinations.

Students will undertake a comprehensive review of Modules 5–8, including Heredity, Genetic Change, Infectious Disease and Non-infectious Disease, with a particular focus on the high-value “analyse” and “evaluate” style questions that often challenge students in examinations.

Through targeted practice and guided discussion, students will strengthen their understanding of key biological processes, improve scientific communication skills and learn how to structure clear, sophisticated responses that align with marking criteria.

This workshop is ideal for students seeking to consolidate their knowledge, refine exam technique and build confidence ahead of the HSC Trial examinations.
