Day 1 Workshop:Conquering Brain Teasers
Stretching Minds Through Strategy, Logic, and Creative Thinking
This dynamic and intellectually rich workshop challenges students to approach problems in new and imaginative ways. Through a curated selection of logic puzzles, riddles, lateral thinking challenges, and collaborative problem-solving tasks, students will strengthen both their critical thinking and cognitive flexibility.
Designed specifically for high-potential learners, this session encourages:
- Strategic reasoning and logical deduction
- Pattern recognition and abstract thinking
- Collaborative discussion and team-based challenge solving
- The development of resilience, persistence, and mental agility
While the activities are playful and engaging, each one is grounded in evidence-based strategies for developing higher-order thinking skills and fostering a growth mindset.
Whether your child is a puzzle enthusiast or simply eager to engage in something beyond the standard curriculum, this workshop offers meaningful enrichment — with plenty of “aha!” moments along the way.

Day 2 Workshop: One Take Wonder: The Sequel! Back by Popular Demand!
Lights, camera, action — again! This advanced filmmaking workshop is the perfect follow-up for students who loved our original One Take Wonder or are excited to jump in for the first time.
What’s a One Take Film?
A “One Take” film is a short scene captured in a single, continuous shot — no cuts, no edits. It’s all about planning, precision, and storytelling in real time.
Morning Session – Cinematic Masterclass
Students will:
- Study real film scenes to explore framing, blocking, movement, and tension
- Learn about focus shifts, depth, framing, and timing
- Discuss how great filmmakers use the camera to tell a story.
Afternoon Session – Lights, Camera, Action!
Students will:
- Plan and rehearse their own “one-take” short film
- Work with video cameras (personal devices required: phone, iPad or tablet with a camera)
- Act, direct, or shoot — with guidance and feedback
- Screen their work on the big screen and take home a digital copy.
